We guarantee your complete satisfaction with the perfect condition of your steak purchase upon arrivial at it's destination. If by any chance you recive a damaged box, contact us immediately.

For all claims for product credit, we must have recieved notification of any problem 12 hours after delivery confirmation. Contact us by phone toll free at Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time or by email.   Please make sure to include as much order information as possible to help us with your request.

Please allow for 2-4 days for order processing. Shipping rates indicated are per shipment address.

Postdated Shipments
If you'd like to place your order now for a shipping date in the future, just let us know. Your order will be processed immediately, but will nop be shipped until your requested date.

Addresses
We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Be sure all addresses are correct and include daytime phone numbers for each recipient. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to a wrong address provided to us, or for packages sent to individuals who have moved of are on vacation. It will be the sender's responsibility to cover the cost for reshipment of a product in the event we are provided with an incorrect address.
