founded by Mel Tubre in 1974. His philosophy is based on quality product and establishing
a standard of excellent service. Crest Meat Company is an active member of the Louisiana
Restaurant Association, National Association of Meat Purveyors, American Meat Association
and the Louisiana Meat Association.
We offer
grain fed mid-western, U.S.D.A, PRIME and PRIME beef, milk fed veal, pork and domestic
spring lamb. Our meat cutters are Louisiana's best and are here to offer you an in-house
portion controlled program to insure you profitability in all your cuts of meat. Let
